Bloom & Grow is our girls and youth program designed to nurture confidence, identity, and community in young women. Through mentoring, vision board events, girl talk sessions, and guided conversations, participants are given a safe space to dream, process, and grow into who they are becoming.
-
The Crown Collection is a holistic program designed exclusively for girls, built around the belief that caring for yourself is a lifelong practice. Far beyond hair care, this program teaches girls how to care for their whole selves — mind, body, and spirit. Through workshops and community, girls learn self-love, confidence, and healthy habits that will carry them through life.
-
Sister Talk is our recurring community gathering space for women to come together, connect, and have the conversations that matter. Held at community venues, Sister Talk creates an atmosphere of warmth, authenticity, and sisterhood where every voice is welcomed and every story is honored.
-
HBCU Sister Support is our dedicated program for students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities. We believe that the college years are pivotal — and no student should navigate them alone. This program provides tangible resources, community, and care for HBCU students.
-
Her Next Chapter is our career readiness and professional development program designed to prepare women and girls for the workforce and professional spaces. From interview skills to workplace culture, participants leave equipped with the confidence and tools to advocate for themselves and thrive in their careers.
-
Her Village is our mentorship program connecting girls, young women, and adult women in meaningful, cross-generational relationships. Whether you are seeking guidance or ready to pour into someone else, Her Village creates the connections that help us all rise. Mentorship is available to girls through adult women.
-
Generational Her is our financial literacy program created specifically for minority women. We believe that financial knowledge is power — and that every woman deserves to understand how to save, invest, build wealth, and own property. This program equips participants with practical tools and community to build a financial legacy for themselves and those who come after them.
This month we are celebrating Tashya Jackson, a recent graduate of the Illustrious Prairie View A&M University. Tashya earned her degree in Digital Media Arts with an impressive 3.8 GPA. She is known for her brilliance, determination, and dedication to excellence. Her love for dance inspired her to create an organization on campus “Lockz N keyz” which highlights K-Pop dances. Tashya reminds us all that with focus and perseverance, goals are not only achievable, they can be exceeded. Congratulations, Tashya! 🎓💜
